He should just be able to give it to you since that was the packaged deal. If he doesn't, THEN it's a 100% bannable scam. But hey, wouldn't be a first someone got around it.

No man it's on him. His post says everything included and clearly states the stone to be part of the deal. @Shane @Adam should just grab you the stone and pull a couple mil out of his bank for your trouble. No ban required because all will be set right but he will think again about pulling such crap.
