Honestly, i doubt you'll get 20m for this.
Highest offer i received For my lvl 6 with lvl10 QS, molten, nox and PERFECT skills was 21m and i decided not to sell it.
Sadly it is what it is, it's very difficult to get your money back with metas nowadays
