Large Ships (Galleon/Orcish/etc.)

Where do I procure myself one of these larger ships I keep seeing around (eg the orcish battleship, galleon, etc.) I looked up that supposed there's some dock in the middle of the ocean where they are sold but that turned out to be a bust. Would like to obtain one but cannot find any information anywhere on where they are located.

Any help would be appreciated.
