Wanting to buy a 'larger' house on moonglow 14x+, preferably >18x18. Location is important but not everything.

Also potentially interested in other 18x18 with spawnless locations if price is right, post or PM TY.

generally around 800k unless you got a sweet location

Well depending on location, if other houses block your view, or any mob spawn around the area, a low quality spot can go from 500k and a high end can go for 2mil.

Usually I buy for 1 Mil for a decent spot.
