Found this quite a while ago at an IDOC and I'm not really sure of its value. Before anyone asks no it is not wearable. Hue is 1776 but as you can see by the picture it appears blood red.

I would be interested to know how many exist on the server. I had never seen or heard of it before when I found it and haven't seen another one since

If it was anything more frequent than monthly spawn then there's probably a lot of them. If monthly maybe 10-12 (the "latest" set of stealable rares was only around up to a year or so?) I know of 2 others.
