I am very sad that you moved, I had just moved into the neighborhood, about 6-8 screens North of the old house. I had passed this place several times going between the flax farms and was looking forward to having a mini vendor mall near by. Picked up a rune to the new place, much better spot for foot traffic.

Yeah I think I've seen like 6-8 people in a week and 4-5 of them were a group that ran through last night.
I picked up a rune and you are really close to the Yew moongate, I appreciate the offer though.
