About the auction
We at Kuoleman Partio (KP) have decided to sell our beloved kingdom to the highest bidder.
This is a rare auction as we are selling three buildings very next to each other. All of them are on grass and two of them next to the ocean. An amazing opportunity for an architect to build cool water illusions maybe to win the next Coolest Custom House -competition here at UOF.
The location itself has it all for almost every adventurer out there. It has two dungeons very near to the kingdom: Ice and Wrong. Its central location is good for vendors to sell your crafts, or just to get yourself filled up with gear again. Personal healer very close. For lumberjacker it has a forest. Even more for some reason there was a small garden placed some time ago next to our buildings, so not many neighbours, or blockables will show up in the future.
The reason for selling is we no longer play here at UOF that actively. We have only been checking vendors and keeping buildings not getting collapsed down for the pity of possible new-gen IDOC hunters (or oldschoolers, if there are still such).
We also believe that through this auction we can do good for the server itself and the community by selling this to some another active guild, or an active player. For a guild this is a good spot.
The rules for this auction are:
- We only accept in-game curency.
- We are not selling the buildings to separate bidders. One gets it all.
