To be honest to the OP you've created a thread that claims there is a problem but no facts behind it. I'm not saying there isn't a real issue but I what I would recommend is either A. Post a forum about your experience or B. PM a GM. @Shane or @Adam I don't know what your Admins responsibilities are but if one would be able to be identified as the admin to report scams to via PM that might help lower the issue.
The other thing to consider is something I've been guilty of from time to time is to open a selling thread then after it sells not editing or posting on my thread that the transaction is complete. However that isn't against any rules, it's just being lazy or forgetful.
Don't be afraid to drop dimes on people pulling the wool over peoples eyes.

If you don't see the issue then u r new to the forums and everyone knows the facts. It's not hard to see or know what's going on and it sure as shit isn't being to lazy to update.
It's not someone forgetting to post "sold". It's people who post fake selling threads to troll and say "lawl look what I got from that thing I raided lawl all your base belongs to me lawl PS I sell cheapzzzz lawl"
