I'm trying to get rid of a Sandstone w/ patio located just NW of Khaldun!! There are no neighbors within several tiles in every direction, and the view of the treetops from your roof is breathtaking! You can run from the house to Khaldun entrance in about 10 seconds flat, just follow the mountain range! The plot itself is big enough to house a Custom 15x9, as the previous plot owner tore it down in front of my eyes :)

Whether you are need a safe place nearby when farming Khaldun, or looking for that perfect Base for your Red, this is the perfect spot for you :)
