Now I'm a ghost, and can't get out of the dungeon (ghost cannot travel here messages).

Its an evil eventmob designed to be a killing machine. Loot from these goes for high prices. If you're really in Shame, you shouldn't get that message, but I suppose you are in Wrong. In the building at the entrance,look for an ankh (to the right hand side, facing the entrance) - I think it allows you to rez.

Mage dumps are the best formula. Two mages are better than 1 for cross heal and more burst. NO PETS. Provo could work if you have enough crap around you, but you need to dump on him hard.
