I'll start with saying I did search the forums on this, found very few topics from 2013, without conclusion.
Can we have a definitive discussion on such an annying shortcoming of this outdated interface?
You can change your own chat text color, but not the color of other players /say,
Razor / UOSteam can override the local chat color, but doesnt change the other chat colors, for guild / alliance / faction / party.
And patching the client to change the journal background color, well it is not readily accessible to anyone.
1 - Is changing the art files of UO considered cheating? As in, if detected by the assist program or something else?
2 - Can a patch(er) be distributed along with the official UOF download? (i hear there's some legal details on this)
3 - Can it be discussed / offered by players here on the forums?
