I've got 720.9 real skill points

I was about to lower some skill points and so i could raise another when i found that i have over the allowed 720 real skill points. I have no idea how....

Power Scrolls only take you to a max of 720 points. I figured the Devs would want to look at my toon to see what happened that allowed me above the 720. And i've eaten quite a few PSs on that one.

It happens sometimes, but I would assume never more than .9...some sort of bug with eating PS or SS.

It's happened to me a few times for like .2 or .3 over cap (does not have to be max cap of 720 I don't think)

i know exactly where they're at. i've got a .3 snoop and a .6 LJ on my crafter. no idea how i got snoop.
