fyi, pw boots is 5 mill at the very lowest, the 18x18 is worth 5-6 mill, i paid 2 for the location, 750k for house costs and the 3 mill i spent in house storage increases

and yeh i am taking a leap back from UO, I enjoyed meeting alot of great/funny people along the way, Its just against a moral code to keep playing with a bunch of whiny, cry baby little babys :\ ( people crying on forums, crying in irc )

I come from 13+ years of earning your stuff, with that said....... i put in work for my items and hated seeing them getting put on the donation vendor after countless hours of hardcore gameplay, later to be shit on be a greedy players recommendation to staff.......

so with that said, everything will be sold, or given to friends along the way. Ty for your time, patience, and everything else. Its sure been a journey, and I'm happy to say... after 2 1/2 years... WE ARE STILL HERE!!!!!! keep it going!!!!!!
