Item ID

Been a long time since I have played, but I do remember that ID wands would identify items from a treasure chest, mib chest, mobs, etc. Item ID, from what I recall, eliminated the need for a wand at the cost of a skill slot. Are items on UOF already identified when they drop or do you need a wand or the Item Identification skill? Thank you for the time and help.

lol yup! If I remember correctly, a 100+ skill would override that though (the char in question is a fisher and I am planning on getting him a 120).
