Is there a way to get cheaper regs?

obviously the NPC's aren't exactly exactly expensive but trying to level up magery is taking its toll, does anyone know where to get some? Or easier ways to get gold? Hard to go out and kill when your a mage with no magic lol.

Tmaps and MIBs tons of free regs. Some mobs drop a few stacks of 10+ in bags but tbh im sure u could farm gold faster from most Mobs and buy the regs (even ettins) than farming the regs them selfs.

Also, set regs into Razor's scavenger agent. If you run around a lot, it can actually add up to a little.

i only purchase regs when they are at 2/4 and that saves a fair amount when your starting out and buying enough to level up, i always use vesper or moonglow, but it all depends on factions cuz they set prices for some towns.

Farm ancient wyrms and balrons with a provoker. I have ovrer 10k each reg strictly from picking up 40 reg bags

It's true, big difference in price on a grand scale.

Mage by itself not the easiest 1st char for gold.

Also true.. I used to be so cheap about regs. Now I find myself not even looting them cuz over-weight

Thank you all for the help, I'm slowly figuring it out lol.. and mynameis, you're definitely right.. starting with a mage as been balls hard.. Can't farm without regs, can't defend myself without them so I'm basically punching ettins and running from reds. It's getting old.

make a thief and in the week you're waiting to join the thieves guild, you can be stealing from mobs and making 4-800 gold a minute.
