Is 120 Blacksmithing worth the cost?

very worth it. now a 120 smith ps is 500k. Used to be well over a mill not long ago.

Why, though? At 115 most stuff is exceptional every time. BOD pulls are probably better but are they 500k better?

In this case: Prestige, better Bods, Soul Forge, and any future changes where it willn require 120 smith and PS jump back to 1.5 mil.
