140k, particularly if it's indestructable, then I'd go even higher, like 170k. Add another slayer property, like repond, and its value goes up well over 200k.
I'm quoting higher than Jongi because not all runes are created equal, meaning superslayers, and there's also the matter of acquiring them in sufficient quantity, all of which adds value.

Honestly I would leave it as is if your looking to sell....adding too much value will drastically reduce your buyers market. You will basically be looking for someone who just wants to display instead of use.

Only really worth it for early level defense meta dexers. I imbue full suits for people for 80k for super slayers. That is when they provide their own armor. Invul plate is usually 1.5k-2k each piece so you are looking at around 90k for an invul plate slayer suit. 100k if it is high durability.

I would not ever put double slayer on a suit of armor. That just makes it very hard to get your value out of it before you lose it. There are not too many spawns that you would need two slayers on your armor. Usually you just go with the one that has the most dangerous or numerous monster type.

Exclusively on a Tmap hunter would be a good use of a double slayer suit. I would just never want to be near a dungeon, Bucs den, or any other hot spot.
