Intro and housing

Hi all! Used to play back on Great Lakes way back when- found this place late night and decided to give it a go. Been fun so far, only PK'd twice, and both gave me a rez afterward, so can't complain too much.

I had a question regarding housing- from what I've read everyone seems to say buy off of players instead of from Architect, but is this safe? And how much does it generally cost that way? I'd like a place to start storing crafting items, but its kind of cost prohibitive at the moment.

so when i first started i was able to find a small house deed for 25k and place it myself. not sure if theres many out there like that still or not but def worth a shot.. and i found it by posting in these forums. might be a little tough finding a spot nowadays to place but if you can its still cheaper than building with tool.. also you can probably contact Kiki on these forums and she might be able to help you out.. i know she does alot of real estate stuff for this server so give her a ring. hope that helps a little bit..
