Installing

So i tried installing this game went through the steps my pc is windows 8.1 and when tryingt o download the net framework it says its current so i finish installing when trying to launch uof it says i need framework 3.5 tried installing it and it wont install it, how can i pass this or atleast be able to install it so i can play the game??

have you tried right clicking on the installer and selecting "run as administrator"?
