Yes other talismans look like that. You can ". remove" and click the talisman and it temporarily removes the entire talisman graphic, which solves the issue until the next login. But the catch is that you won't be able to double click the talisman and check your XP progress. But the trade off is worth it.

Yeah sallos is just a PVP client only. It's not meant to be a full blown pvm, best client there is.
