First of all - check to make sure in the top right corner a desired application is selected (Sallos, UoSteam, Razor).
Second - go to the options (top left?) and make sure paths to your desired application is listed. If not, either list it or install the program.
Let me know what happens.
Also - Try launching UO directly with UOSteam or Razor and see if you are able to connect.
Don't know if this will help anyone out, but for what its worth...
After downloading the new patch my game would crash immediately upon logging in. I finally figured out that the patch changed the client version that razor was using ( it was trying to use uosa). Once I pointed razor to the correct client, it works fine.
So you might check and make sure razor is using the correct installation of UO.
I have been resisting the urge to use the new launcher and update because of reported issues. But it appears the issues were the fault of the users and not the updates/launcher?
