Maybe you should make the guildstone useful and if you purchase one and place in ur guildhall it increases the friends list capacity in your house.

Agreed that guild houses should have much increased friends capacity. It makes no sense that a guild has to remove guild members from the house friend list because of "too many" members.

nah its a good idea im pretty sure the " guild " option exsists for doors and secured chests on other servers (osi at least)

Characters that are in the same guild as the house owner named on the house sign may access, even if not friended to the house, provided they hold 'member' rank or above in the guild. Holders of Ronin rank have no access. In this instance all characters on the house owning account are not considered equal. If char A is named on the sign and is in guild a and char B is on the same account but in guild b Chests set 'guild' by character B will not be accessible to other characters in guild b. They will be accesible to chars in guild a

yeah your guild house has to be owned by the GuildMaster in order to use the guild function

Your right, if the guild master owns the house, members can enter freely, but they are no able to use the butler. So the only thing you can do is either add remove friends constantly, only friend their main and if they want stuff they have to grab that toon or do not have a guild butler.
I agree with mongbat. It would be a gold sink item. The friends list for an 18x18 or bigger shouldn't be so short. Should increase just like storage really, but if that's not possible, least let people buy to increase.
