Increase drop rate for relics

For the past month or more, I've been doing arch demon at least once a day, sometimes 2 or 3 times. I've done a ton of champ spawns. I've spent hours on end it seems like turning in crystals at hythloth and destard, and often i am the top contributer. I've been killing MOTM when none of the previously mentioned stuff is going on. Still.... I have gotten no relics in at least a month of doing all this. Please, increase the drop rate. I know it's "end game content" and I know you want them to be rare or hard to get or whatever. But seriously this is just insane. There are so many people doing the talisman quest. Every time I do arch demon there's always new people that need the demon blood, and they will all want the relics eventually. In all the time that I've had my talisman, which is roughly since they were introduced a year ago, I've been doing arch demon. I've been doing champs. I only started doing the crystal altars and MOTM a few months ago, but in all that time I've only gotten 4 or 5 relics. And the amount of people needing the relics is only increasing. At least consider adding another crystal boss in another dungeon. Wasn't it kind of hinted at when they were introduced that more of those would possibly be added in the future? Because arch demon looks like this basically every time. It takes 4-5 hours to spawn and dies in less than 5 minutes.

I'm honestly about ready to give up on getting the last couple relics I need and on this talisman altogether. I spent so many hours farming crystals in hythloth and destard to be the top contributer im sure for the last 4 or 5 times that i did them and every time I check my bank there's nothing. This shit is really getting old. Please do something.

Hang in there...I swear I was just like you. Did everything possible and came up empty handed for months on end. Then all of a sudden it was raining relics. Once again I've been in a pretty long drought...but I understand it now and just keep waiting for that rain ;)

thanks for the encouraging words. do you really think everyone should have to try for months on end though just to get an item that they have to spend more months leveling? i feel like i already play a lot less than i used to. i cant imagine how anyone who plays even less than i do is expected to ever complete their tali and relics

It probably took me 4 months before I got my first one then I didnt get my second for another 3 months after that. Like @Zoobler said, just keep trying and you will get lucky.

I think there should be more ways to get meta mage/dexxer relics, as many as there are. You can do champs and RDA's all the time and get pet relics for days, but you have like 3 ways of getting dexxer/mage relics? I've gotten a lot of pet relics in the past month, but I have never in my playtime here recieved a meta relic.

Ah, the elusive meta dexer relic. Months of altar turn-ins but dismal luck. I'll continue to soldier on but i do agree that it feels a bit tedious knowing the leveling part won't be happening yet for some time.

Some people's just got 'the luck'. Been here over a year, and have only gotten 1 relic. This was also my first week getting a +1 taming ss. lol

I think they should mix in metadexxer relics with the dragon relics at champs/rdas. no need to increase the drop rate overall for relics. also, make a way to acquire meta steeds so all these paralytics venom relics that are on the market don't go to the trash barrel.

As much as I'm frustrated by the low drop rate...I don't want it increased. I want these to continue to be elusive and worth a lot of gold. I finally got my quicksilver a few days ago and how good I felt...well I wouldn't have felt that if they dropped more often. It was a moment in my UO life I'll never forget.

do champ spawns drop ONLY pet relics? I was under the impression that they could drop any relic. I thought it was just RDAs that only drop pet relics.

are you kidding? There's always people buying talisman relics in the buying section. Some of these posts stay up quite a while because no one has one to sell.

if they pay real prices you easy get the relic u need

I have a full set of Mage relics in the bank. My berserker has every relic. I've had every defensive relic in my possession at one point. The only relic I have never had in my pack is quicksilver. The only powerscroll I have never gotten is 120 taming. Fuck me right?
