Kir-in's when you are low on health will cast a chain lightning like spell around all mobs around you.

DB 1 stats are...

Hits: 865
Stam:156
Mana: 546
Str: 489
Dex: 156
Int: 546

91.7 Resist
112.7 Poisoning
89.1 Magery


Max stats I don't think have every been fully declared...the highest hits I have ever personally seen was around 927 or so, INT the highest I have seen is 550...past that, unsure on str/dex
