Hyphen in Character Names?

What is this? People who put hyphens at the end of their names, like "Lord JohnnyX-" or "Pickles-".

Any meaningful reason other than to look like a dumbass?

It gives them +1 to riding speed

It's because the original was taken so they put an extra character at the end so they can still use the name.

Id think you'll find however that some people like to be known by the same name... eg 'Name & Name-'.

Either that or ride speed purposes as said above. I have previously paged on Bromista- for speed hacking.

I have another character with - at the end, Darkarna-, it serves NO purpose other than giving me the ability to have another character with the same name. I will ask though, why do you have a capital X at the end of your name? Is that supposed to portray some form of dominance?

I've done a little testing on this, and Roman numerals give no bonus. However, if he had gone with XsidX, he may have been unstoppable.

Damn, another nostalgia moment relived. Many folks who considered themselves the ultimate bad-ass had names like xXL33TXx, it is good that this little part of history still lives *Moan*.

Makes sense about a second character with the same name. As for the X, there's a four-character username requirement on the forums so Sid wasn't allowed.
