Hunting for taming SS And 120 PS

What are the best ways to hunt for these? Where do thy even drop?

I've seen liches drop skill scrolls, do they drop taming ones as well? I am so far 3/3 stealth SS on them...

Also, are champs the only way of getting power scrolls?

I have 5 mill saved up and have been searching for a taming 120 ps for 3 weeks and not one has been sold on IRC or the forums... I'm starting to feel like I need to take action into my own hands and pull out my dragons for some good old hunting.

Any help is appreciated!!

You can get powerscrolls from champs, rda, events and a couple mini bosses in cove that ill let you find.
And liches do drop taming ss's, you have just happen to rng and land on nothing but stealth scrolls.
