Doing it on Booty would require restricting the use of houses or people would get an unfair advantage and you can't block housing because people live on Booty... Good suggestion but wouldn't work.

Yep.

It really shouldn't be too hard to create an area for this... one reached only via teleportation, and teleporters that only work for designated individuals during the event. Name it... the Ultima Island, or something, and the Forever Games. Or vice versa.

Would be good to make it longer THan a few hours... Make skills like camping to actually be pretty beneficial.

Camping and logging out does nothing for the event. Keep in mind. Every hour of game play is like 24 hours in the real world. So that's like 4 days real time.
