How to obtain Trash Tokens...?

I've been putting Random things ( useless crafted items, and other junk from T-maps) into the trash barrels in the streets as well as in my house for weeks now and i have yet to obtain even one token. I know they exist since some guy i saw had 500 of them.

just take all high value items and dump them into my trade window and ill sort you out

You can always donate them to the Elder Hall, just northeast of the Brit bank for new players.

You buy special items off scruffy above west brit bank

u cant get the tokens atm there was a green trash barrel next to the vendor(scruffy) but it was removed months ago.

If u want more you will have to buy from players

I've tried putting many nice helpful items in there but always says full. Wonder if most the Youngs even remember or know it's there?

Supposedly there was a bug so they took it down temporarily, it's still down
