How to check who win a PS after a champ spawn?

Just come back to the server.
I remember I could check who win a power scroll after champ spawn or RDA.
There is a small scroll icon in scoreboard, which indicates that person win a power scroll.
But I couldn't see it now. Did they change it?

They took it out to make people have to guess when looking to find a likely PS recipient to kill.
