how to change thread title

hey guys was wondering how to do this, ive been searching for it but cant seem to find the option. I wanna know how to do this so I can close some previous threads I have made that are now NA. thanks in advance

There is a section or two that does not allow for title edits, I know Suggestions and Ideas won't allow it.
