QS has only been selling for 7m lately and still hard to find a buyer with the gold to buy it. Molten just recently 3.8m. Egg 1.5m stone 2.5m summon ball 150-200k . Plus it has been partially leveled.

I'd say up to 15m. If it was lv6 then 15-18m maybe.

I wouldn't sell for 12 if I was you. Get it to lv6 is probably best and sell it for a much higher premium
