How do they IDOC with 100% Accurate Timing?

Yesterday I killed a skeleton spawned from a Lich Lord. Inside a crate: 10000 gold check, 2 super slayer katana's and 1 bronze runic katana along with 2000 nightshade. That was nice!

@Shane, is there a maximum amount of ettins that will spawn? If I buy a max storage house with 2000 individual items locked down, will approximately 1000 ettins spawn once it drops?

I don't believe so. What i see in many-itemed idocs is some ettins drop 3-4 items. So i believe if you lock down 1000 items, the items per ettin is gonna increase imo

I am sure some the idocs I have attened seem to drop more than 1 item from different areas.

Is the timer the same on the test server and the live server? I've seen those people that know the "right" time that it will fall camping the same house on the test servers.
