how do i upgrade my account to samurai empire?

i tried choosing samurai and it was requiring me samurai empire...

p.s.

where can i find this brit bank thing? Does it vary from town to town? i chose Jhelom as my starting town....

Unfortunately, Samurai options are disabled in this shard. The options are there, but they will not work. "Brit bank thing" is a bank located in Britain. You can use the "Help" physically stuck button to get to Brit if you wish.
