How can I get smooth framerate?

Hi!

For a game this old I figure it would be very smooth with latest hardware.

It is not. It is very jittery. Reminds me of Crisis when it first came out. No PC could tame it.

What can I do to smooth it out? It's giving me a headache when I play it.

Try using the sallos client or orionuo. Both of these have smoother moment than the standard client with razor/steam. Think there is a smooth frame patch for steam/razor..... can't remember if ot can be used here though as changes a file or two i believe.

the smooth fps patch is junk. i gets out of sync with your actual position and other player's positions while on the move.

I tried Orion Launcher... but get ERROR LOADING FILE: C:\ORION LAUNCHER\ARTIDX.MUL

Orion is still not ready for prime time. Its still in development.
