While you are logged in, use the [password command. This will ask you to enter your current and new password.

That and some other handy commands are listed in the wiki https://www.uoforum.com/wiki/index.php/Server_Commands

Not helpful if you lost your password. Should I start over with a new sign on? If I could sign in I would not need a new password!
