So I made about 90k in the past 3 days on my parry/dexxer and rushed to go buy a house and house placement tool. Well I was unaware of how housing works now. Now I have a house deed, a tool but when I attempt to place a house it says that I dont have the money to buy one. The deed is in the bank. I tried to sell the deed back and just use the tool and the npc's wouldn't buy it back. What can i do?

You only need a house deed or the tool, house deeds kind of went by the wayside a long time ago as the placement tool lets you place whatever classic or custom house you want, depending on what deed you bought, I may have a spot I can show you to place it.

Yeah, sorry Boomsted. There are plenty of places to set a small house down, so don't sweat it. However, you can use the small house deed you bought, so don't sell it back just yet. The placement tool just places a small plot there for a financial charge (not too much). You can then build a custom house (walls, floor, doors, etc..) on the plot for various costs. The deed and the placement tool work independently of each other.

Right. I would find a spot, mark a rune for it, and then recall back and forth instead of running around with it on you since it can be stolen/looted.
