House Placement 7-day rule?

If I place a house and then decide I want to move it, will I need to wait a week before being allowed to place it again?

Nope.
But unlike OSI, you can't place another, and have the original decay (in effect owning 2 for 7 days).

Here, you can place a house, and will not be able to place another until that first house is demolished, but you can resize/replace/relocate as much as you want.
