House on Serps Hold

I'm looking to maybe buy a house on Serpent's Hold but i'm not sure what a typical house on Serps Hold sells for so if anyone one knows, please say so here.

I have the only house on the bottom of serpents hold below the town I have been offered a mill for it its just shy of being a max storage.
