I have a 8x12 one screen north of yew gate. Great location. Check it out. Directly behind the first house north of the yew moongate

i got a small house 2 tiles off moonglow guard zone, not sure what its called but its small two story with open bottom next to IRU vendor house right outside of moonglow.
Haven't thought about it, was planning on putting up some vendors. But, I keep putting it off. I think I might be too lazy to keep it going if I can't even manage to get it started 
I'm fairly new here. The veteran that helped me place it when the previous house went IDOC said it would go for 2-3 mil, but..... I would like to hear what other players think. So, anyone that knows the current market for such a vendor house, please feel free to suggest a price.
