House Issue

Houses fell on both my accounts even though I had refreshed 7 days earlier. Any way this can be looked into? Seems like a lot to lose for a glitch

I don't think houses would be falling to a glitch, if that were the case, everyone's houses would be falling.
You opened the door, used the tele or clicked the sign to refresh, correct?

I did. I always use the teleported and then click the sign as a backup.

is there anything that can be done? I dont have millions like alot of others on the server but I did invest the time into what I did have. I just dont want to lose everything on something if it wasnt my fault.

My first guess, would be that perhaps they were refreshed on the test center, instead of live, by accident? I don't recall any revert in the last week.
