I will be on vacation for nine days. My question is how long does it take for a house to collapse? Will I be ok for this amount of time or do I need to sale it before I leave? Thank you.

should be fine. I believe it takes almost a month from new to collapse

Just be sure to refresh it right before you go! Do you have anyone friended to it that can refresh it for you just in case?

Where is this house located? I'll keep an eye on it.

Refresh before you leave and you will be fine. Your house will not fall in the two weeks you are gone if it was refreshed prior to the vacation.
