Hotkey setup

I need a bit of guidance.

I played the game quite a lot when I started. Took a long break when I noticed I fell behind because I didn't utilize macros and hotkeys.
I really enjoyed the game, and what to play it at its fullest.

But I'm not quite sure of the most efficient way of setting up hotkeys for playing.

That seems like a good way to start.
Ah, I forgot to mention - I use razor.
I also am not sure how to do the macros for using items, and reequipping weapons
