"Welcome to the island!", "Please come to my keg / stripper / pirate / mansion house party" They'll scream, when you purchase your new home. Many have said this home was quite possibly the place that Bill Gates owned when he played here for 2 months while he 'had a break' from real life. **

So you might be asking, 'what's so special about this home'? Let me help you out with the answers.

  • You can begin your career as the most fiendish pirate in the whole of Sosaria. It is well established that pirates must live on islands to prevent common land-folk from walking to their house and causing a ruckus. He who controleth the waters, controleth his safety.
  • If you are malicious of heart then you can prey on humble treasure hunters that regularly frequent the island due to pirates stashing their treasure chests nearby, writing the location on a map and giving it to a monster for safe keeping.
  • If you happen to acquire a treasure map for the island, you can put down your paper, drop your pipe, and stroll on over.
  • A red healer that goes by the name of Tora likes to walk just behind the home but she's homeless and stares in jealousy at the local home owners.
So to get this sales thread underway, I'll quit my jibber-jabbering and cut to the crack.

Buy this home because: it doesn't have any blockage, it's on grass, the ocean is on the doorstep, it's on an island, and it's the largest house on the island.

In that case the new super fiendish pirate (the future owner of this house) can team up with the already 'most fiendish pirate of Sosaria' and create the most badass super pirate group the internet has ever seen. I'm almost too scared to sell this plot due to the future high levels of fear that will be unleashed on the land.

Not to mention The Pirates of Skara Brae have also inhabited this island and lain waste to many a treasure hunter. FREE BUMP for new neighbors!
