Horned Runic Sewing Kit (Starts with 30 Charges)
Barbed Runic Sewing Kit (Starts with 15 Charges)
Most Powerful & Most Rare

They are all good to use (unlike runic smithy hammers).

I ask why the spined are more because I am always interested in buying runic sewing kits for the right price.
