I looted the harrower statue off the true harrower and was wondering if i got jipped new to shard had nothing sold the thing for 175k

What actually happened? I remember attacking a harrower in a field near Brit and when it died I also died. Was it a guard zone or something?

at first it was a harrower in the farm we killed it then a bunch more monsters came with crazy AOE that killed 90% of people and pets we had to get through that to kill the true harrower
