Halloween 2013 Costume problems

OK, so we're supposed to be able to use them today. Mine are stuck in a chest. Can't pick them up. I can move the chest, put it in my pack, etc. but can't lift the costumes out of the chest. Everything else in the chest is fine, except for the 3 costumes. Anyone else have this happen?

I though Mods said 2013 costumes etc would be disabled, and not to go buying them from vendors with the expectation they'll work. Only this years masks will work?
think it's somewhere on the Halloween updates thread

They did work... Yesterday. When you try to put it on it has a message saying " this can only be worn during Halloween 2013 or on Halloween day.

...although my shadow wyrms costume only displayed a brown dragon.

UHHHHH WTF
Because I tried to wear my 2013 ALL day yesterday and nothing. Kept telling me I couldnt aside from the day of. I had a page in all day that never got answered. So then I thought maybe because the new dungeon event is today that it would be today some how, but still no
