Lots of pirates on booty island drop it as well.

There are several spawns of pirates on Booty and several spawns of witches...in the new dungeon, Grinch dungeon if I'm not midtaken, and I feel like I'm leaving one out. Maybe the grotto?
Enough between all of them to make a pretty good rotation for sure.

Are the pirates Davey locker and the sort? I killed them but no gunpowder is it a rare drop? And where in deceit are the witches, thanks for your input fellas

There is a named pirate that spawns in the center town area that drops it almost every time. Sorry I can't recall exactly where ive been out of game for a year or so.

How about the cannon balls?it says the ship cannon balls are for ships only. Where in the world do I get these cannon balls for my house cannon
