Need to be able to have privileges for say Emissary, or whoever the GM deems. It would a nice way of tracking what is deposited and what is spent.

Garnish wages - able to set a tax on all gold collected to fill the guild coffers? Or set a minimum weekly deposit, that those with the right privileges could see the current, and last weeks, so they can see if members are meeting it?

The Guild Bank would be accessible from any bank, a Guild NPC Banker. at a Certain rank you could access the bank. Maybe increase the storage to 500 or 600 make it worth the investment. It is something that differs a guild from a pop up guild. It allows people transfer items, have items ready during town invasions. You are able to have a guild access to items with out having to friend people to your house. Honestly @Tofy has an amazing idea and I am sure the City of Avalon would highly benefit form it.
