I heard you can get an escort to the Grotto by the Black Wind for a small fee. Be on the safe side and pay for the escort. You never know whats waiting out in the open waters

Then again you could buy a boat, license it, and get a proper escort through those dangerous waters

Who is Black Wind and how do I find them? Not meaning to sound newbish, I've been away for about 10 yrs...I'm baaaaack....Muhahaha! I only have this one, sitting on Lord Britishes Throne which I have no clue about, do I join the faction? and lastly the password to get past the gatekeeper at Khaldun if anyone can help. I greatly appreciate it..
Ok...everything but Grotto thx to Omnom!! Yay! and I figured out who the Black Wind is and started a conversation about hitching a ride....thx!!

I'm waiting on the fee to be determined but I bet he could get a full ship if people who are doing the quests knew he was planning an adventure on the high seas to complete the quest.....of course keeping launch time private due to the pirates quietly observing our forums, hehehe...
