Considering its above a 120 smith PS and those sell for 1.5mil. I'd say I'm more in my mind than you, child.
Maybe I'm slightly off base. But it's a 2mil MINIMUM item assuming you can even get your hands on one. Which you Fallen Angel, obviously cannot/never will.

Yeah, we already had this conversation before. No one sells gold runic hammers because the price for one is not worth selling. They run between 350-600k (hammer) and the weapons should go for about 20-30k each (as they are better than the average vanq).
Please introduce me to who you've ever met selling charges of their hammer for 20-30k. I'd be delighted.
Exceptional also adds a silent +10 similar to adding silent damage properties. They're really vanq +20s from my understanding.
Also, there's no one who has ever sold a charge of a gold hammer for less than 50k. And even if someone sold all (25) charges of their gold hammer, AT bottom dollar, they'd fetch 1.25mil.

As for max price 30k on vanq +20..., that's for a regular ol' vanq +20. Can't forget the pixel junkie that enjoys his hue. +20k for gold color

Why do you care so much about the price of runics? all you seem to do on the forums is post inaccurate negative stuff about Runic hammers. If you had ever tried to fill a difficult LBOD, like one that rewards a Gold runic hammer, you would know why they sell for so much. also one thing you are not taking into account is the ability to make whatever weapon you want. that alone is worth an extra 20k a weapon, and of course there is the chance of a slayer.
There are only a handful of gold runics on the shard and most the people who have them will not sell them. only person I know willing to sell charges sells them for 80k a charge, and having fought gold runic weapons, I think it is justifiable.
Oh and I would say a good price for a gold runic is 1 mil. it will cost about 600-800k alone to get the BODs to make one. so I could never see one selling for less than 800k.
the rarity of the hammer alone justifies the price.

The idea is that the "Exceptional" tag gives not only +4 to the damage modifier but also a +10 to the accuracy bonus. I have never seen documentation regarding the accuracy bonus for exceptional made weapons, but that's the rumor going around.
And @Messremb - Although BoD wise it may make the cost of a Gold Runic hammer 800k-1.4m, but that's beside the point. The point is that you cannot sell the charges nor the hammer for what it's actually worth (800k+) because of the economy. Its funny because I have been watching the prices on UOF compared to "that other shard" and they are starting to equal out. Over there, a gold runic hammer goes for 400-600k and charges sell for 15k all day long. I am pretty sure that that is what we are heading for here on UOF too.
All you say about the rarity and being able to make whatever weapon you want is completely correct, but only a handful of folks would appreciate that and pay money for it. A gold runic hammer right now is just another rare as it's product's (its charges) approximate equivalent can be found in the wild as loot from mobs or on most player run vendors.
Also -- When was the last time you saw a gold runic hammer go for sale? Most of this conversation (including my own part) is all speculation.
